Person-Centered Therapy is a wonderful tool used to help empower and gain and maintain resilience. Person-Centered Therapy is an empathic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process. The therapy is based on the belief that every human being strives for and has the capacity to fulfill his or her own potential. This tool suggests that people strive toward a state of self-actualization and therapy can help a client reach self-awareness.

  • Open-ended Questioning

  • Affirmations
